Half a coconut shell packed full of high energy suet, seeds and mealworm. This is the traditional method of offering suet to garden birds and although ideal for feeding all year round, it is especially important to feed during the winter when food is in short supply and also in the spring and early summer months when adult wild birds are looking for food for their young.
